2. Product Customization and Orders

2.1 All items are custom-made based on the measurements, fabric, and design specifications provided by the customer.
2.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their measurements and specifications. Assistance, such as mobile scanning or measuring guides, is available for convenience.
2.3 Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies under the return and exchange policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in the relevant currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
3.3 Cufflapel reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of purchase will be honored for completed transactions.

4. Delivery

4.1 For local orders, delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from the order date.
4.2 For international orders, production takes 1 to 2 weeks, followed by 1 week for express delivery. Overseas customers will bear delivery costs.
4.3 Cufflapel is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Cufflapel offers a Replacement Guarantee for first-time orders that do not meet fit expectations.
5.2 Customers must report any issues, defects, or measurement discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the product.
5.3 Returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Cufflapel website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Cufflapel and protected by applicable laws.
6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Cufflapel’s intellectual property is prohibited.
