Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. First-Time Orders:

    • For first-time customers, we offer a Replacement Guarantee (Return & Exchange) if your tailored item does not fit as expected.
    • Adjustments or replacements will be provided at no additional cost.
  2. Measurement Discrepancies:

    • If the delivered item does not match the confirmed measurements provided by you, we will remake or adjust the garment.
    • Customers must report discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the order.
  3. Defects or Errors:

    • If there is a defect in the material, stitching, or tailoring, please contact us immediately.
    • Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return or exchange due to defects.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized items with confirmed measurements cannot be returned for reasons other than defects or errors.
  • Items that have been altered by the customer after delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Reach out to our support team at +60166379399 within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide photos of the item and a clear explanation of the issue.
  2. Review and Approval:

    • Our team will review your case and determine the eligibility for a return, exchange, or adjustment.
    • You will be notified of the next steps within 2 business days.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • For local customers, we will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items.
    • For overseas customers, since you need to approve your cloth size before shipping. Return shipping is not ideal as the cost is very high. We will offer the 50% on the second order.
  4. Resolution:

    • Adjustments, replacements, or refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, or store credit may be offered based on customer preference.

Important Notes:

  • Tailored items are created specifically for each customer, so minor alterations due to individual preferences may not qualify for a full return.
  • Customers are encouraged to double-check measurements and designs before final confirmation to avoid issues.
